Why Meditation



Quite simply, we meditate to experience more joy in our lives.

Meditation allows us to reconnect with our authentic self and this initiates self-acceptance which leads to self-love.

When we accept ourselves exactly how we are rather then who our thoughts or society dictates us to be, we are free from the judgements of others. This is true freedom!

I believe once we begin the process of self-love through meditation our stress and tension begin to melt away - this is when we experience the peace and relaxation that comes through meditation.
