I’ve written a guided meditation for adults to help release stress and tension, and for self-care. 

Many of us are experiencing some form of fear or anxiety at this time. Practicing meditation allows us to relax into the uncertainty.

In light of everything that’s going on I wanted to give something to our children. I know how difficult it’s been for all of us. Children are having a hard time adjusting to isolation, home schooling and social isolation. And because of this their worry lists and anxiety are increasing which leads to difficulty sleeping. So I am giving you a meditation to help them with their mental and emotional well-being through these difficult times.
